SuiteCG MultiSport Scoreboard does not currently have any data automation features. We have only a few bugs to kick and we are working on our Knowledge Base, which will also serve as the user documentation.

We will continue to offer 1-month and 1-week licenses up until the release of SuiteCG. The sun is starting to set on CGStatLink.Įffective Jwe will no longer be offering 4-month licenses of any CGStatLink products. It’s time to start wrapping up support of this product line to make way for it’s progeny- SuiteCG MultiSport Scoreboard. It’s bittersweet to say it, but CGStatLink had it’s heyday.

What started out as strictly an StatCrew-to-LiveText converter quickly grew in to something much more, with other sports to support, an unexpected demand for manual controls, and eventually a very basic internal character generator. I didn’t even know if it would run, but it did!Īnd for comparison, the Baseball UI for SuiteCG MultiSport Scoreboard: We’ll never forget how excited we were when, after a month of having a working product, we finally had our first paying customer! Looking back at our build archive, I found our very first working build. There was a lot of stumbling around and figuring things out as we went. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me to help solve this. It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost four and a half years since the first CGStatLink product for Baseball/Softball was released.

The picture wasn't the best with that cam so hence the upgrade to the Cannon. I was previously using a conference cam with this same setup that output the same 720/60p video and had no issues. I hear the same audio pops when recording in ME that I get with Wirecast. I know I can turn that feature off in ME but that doesn't solve the problem, just gives it a bandaid. Media Express also stops recording after a few seconds because it detects dropped frames.

Also, in media express I can't hear any audio altho I can see it on the meters and when I record the audio is present on playback in Quicktime. I have been able to narrow the issue down to the Ultrastudio SDI, since when I use the cameras audio and bypass the audio to SDI device I get the same results. I have tried many things to fix/troubleshoot this. Media express and Wirecast both detect the incoming video signal as 720/59.97fps, not 720/60p. I changed the setting to render using YUV colorspace on the GPU with no noticeable change to the CPU usage or audio. So wether it is outputing at 600bps or 4000kbps has no influence on the symptom. solid 30fps at all times (is that what is being output on the stream or what I am watching in the view window btw?) and the bit rate varies but it doesnt seem to make any difference wether I set it to the minimum, recommended or maximum setting in wirecast. I don't see a correlation with any other happenings, such as spikes in CPU usage for wirecast, output frame rate drops, bitrate drops or anything like that. It will run fine for long periods of time (10-12 minutes) and then get a bunch of annoying pops and clicks (sometimes just one, sometimes several) then runs ok for a few minutes, happens again and so on. My issue with this setup is that I am getting intermittent pops and clicks in the audio.
